Best chinese food in Seton, lovely and friendly and fast service .we order online for the 10% off and every thing was perfect..and talk about the large portion. It's so satisfying . Beef quality was good and fresh , veg was perfect not too soft and not to hard ..it's great. My kid love the ho fan beef and it's her fav. No need to ze ur far for Chinatown for take out it's right here in seton
We picked up takeout from Uncle Ben Chinese Restaurant this evening and the food was delicious. The portion sizes were excellent and leftovers for sure! The temperature, food quality, and flavour were perfect. It’s had to find good Chinese food and Uncle Ben is worth the drive. This post represents ordering a few times as I did not want to commit to a 5 star rating until I could confirm ongoing consistency and quality, so the photos below are from 3 orders about 3 months apart. Each order was ready on time. Free parking and easy restaurant access. Keep up the great work, and the friendly staff are so nice! Thank you!
Really amazing Chinese food! We are very happy to have this gem close to us. The service & food were amazing, the portion is big and pricing is fair - absolutely no complaints here. I hope the quality remains the same through and through! The fortune cookies were also such a fun addition.
Absolutely delicious. I’ve been searching for a good Chinese place since we moved here. Lots of searching and reading reviews. Don’t let the name of the restaurant fool you. We ordered pork fried rice(no mixed veg, extra green onions), dry garlic ribs(boneless), sweet and sour pork, and fried pork belly. The restaurant was very accommodating as I asked for no (mixed Veggies , and boneless spareribs) Can’t wait to try some other dishes.
This place is awesome. We ordered take out and the containers were absolutely packed full!!!! And the food was delicious!!! Definitely no msg, didn't feel sick or headache or anything after eating here. The people are extremely friendly and like I said, the portions were heaping full. Worth it. Just order here!
We just moved to Seton and thought we’d give Uncle Ben a try. We ordered all of our favourites to get a good idea of if we’d order again. Well let me tell you- this was THE BEST Chinese food I have had in years! Not joking even a little. The food was fresh, hot and made exactly how I asked (asked for ginger beef and salt k paper did not too spicy) . Highly recommend you give them a try .
This is the best Chinese food place I have been to since I lived in Vancouver, as well as Montreal and this is years ago. I moved nearby a couple of weeks ago, ordered for Christmas Day, as well as tonight, the service is amazing even though they were so busy. And even tho they must obviously know by my orders the food is just for me, they do not treat me any differently if my order is only 15 or 40! Love this place and I’ll be back weekly, if not more than! Thank you for treating me with respect and your food is impeccable! Best wonton soup in the city!
